Mein Rekord liegt bei 48 Desktops. Allerdings konnte ich die nur teilweise belegen, weil der PC nur 512 kB RAM hatte. Mittlerweile hat aaf meinem Haupt PC jeder desktop alle Monitore. Oft ist eine Desktop an ein Projekt gebunden. Die desktops 1-4 sind meist mit relativ aktuellen Projekten belegt, die anderen öfter als Speicher für momentan nicht benutze Fenster. -- <http://www.hermann-riemann.de>
