Wie t-online, 1&1, m-net. Die haben bei Städte oft Glasfaser bist ins Haus. Vom Keller bis zur Wohnung bleibt bei der Wohnanlage, in der ich wohne, Klingeldraht und TAE Steckdose. 2 Kabelfernsehen. Da gibt es nur ein Anbieter. Da wurde aus den 820? MHz ein paar TV Frequenzbereiche für internet abgezweigt. Daher haben die auch niedrige upload Raten. Geändert haben sich Glasfaser bis zum Haus und die Steckdosen haben eigene Ausgänge für internet. An der hardware ändert sich nicht. Beim Vertrag ändert sich die Regelung. Entweder es bleibt, das die TV-Rechnung für alle über das Hausgeld geht, wie bisher. Wie das beim Mieter ist, müsste ich nachsehen. Oder jeder Wohnungsbenutzer schließt einen eigenen Vertrag für seine Wohnung, wenn er weiter Fernsehen über Kabel erhalten will. Am internet über Kabel ändert sich nach meiner Einschätzung nichts. Die Entscheidung welche der beiden Varianten gilt, wird oder wurde bei einer Eigentümerversammlung beschlossen. Verzögerungen des Abschaltens, wenn es noch kein eigene TV-Kabel für jede Wohnung gibt, ist zu erwarten.
