Keine Ahnung, wie (und wo) das Haus steht. Ich wohne in einem Ähnlichen 
Haus (4 Aufgänge a 33 Wohnungen). Vor 25 Jahren wurde die alte Anlage 
(Einkabelanlage, vom Keller je Aufgang 3 Stränge über alle Etagen) 
umgebaut. Derzeit von jeder Wohnung zum Verteiler. Dort wahlweise 
Einspeisung mit Grundversorgung, Vollversorgung und Vollversorgung mit 
Internet. Das erfolgt über eine Art Patchfeld. Grundsätzlich (und 
vermutlich auch bei dir) kann man den Anbieter NICHT frei wählen, d.h. 
man ist an den Betreiber der Anlage gebunden. Das wird sich auch in 
Zukunft nicht ändern, weil es gar keine Infrastruktur für alternative 
Kabelanbieter gibt. Bleibt das gute, alte Telefonkabel (mit "freier" 
Anbieterwahl) ober DVBT/DVBS, wobei letzteres vom Vermieter bei uns 
nicht geduldet wird.
