Dann hast Du (jeder Haushalt) einen eigenen Stromzähler, über den mit 
dem jeweiligen Anbieter abgerechnet wird.

Beim TV kommen viele Kanäle durchs Kabel, nicht nur Netzfrequenz. Wie 
soll das bei mehreren Anbietern getrennt werden? Oder gibt es nur ein 
festes Angebot von einem Server und lediglich die Bezahlung geht an eine 
der möglichen Briefkastenfirmen? Dann wäre es noch einfach, 
zahlungsunwillige Kunden abzuklemmen.
