To me this sounds like nonsense! It makes a difference if you write 10-1 or 1-10! You cannot declare negative values positive and ommit the sign, if you don't have very good reasons. Especially in relativity it makes a difference, if an object approaches or receedes. Approach would cause blue-shift and receeding red-shift, which is not the same phenomenon. TH
