Weil sie negative Funktionen erzeugen und die Idealität nicht
wirklich steigt weil z.B. Ausweichverhalten stimuliert wird.

Entscheidungsverhalten in sozialen Konfliktsituationen... wir nähern
uns der Spieletheorie. Beispiel Termingeschäfte: Solche Geschäfte
können z.B. nützlich sein um sich gegen Kursrisiken abzusichern.
Sie können aber auch Schaden anrichten wenn Spekuliert wird.

Lässt sich ein Spiel nicht mathematisch definieren sondern nur
anhand seiner charakteristische Funktion erfassen kann auch nicht
das individuelle Verhalten vorhergesagt werden. Es kann aber die
Auszahlungsaufteilung beschrieben werden.

Die Auszahlung aufgrund leistungsloser Spekulantion wäre
in diesem Beispiel eine schädliche Funktion welche die
Idealität mindert währen Spekulationsgewinne an sich eine
nützliche Funktion sein können weil diese gute
Investitionsentscheidungen belohnen und verhindern dass
Kapital in ertragsarmen oder verlustbehafteten Geschäften
gebunden wird.
