You're wrong. The link above gives instructions for synchronizing iOS
contacts, events, and so on with a computer running iTunes (and
Windows). If her contacts and such were never synchronized to the
computer, then iTunes cannot sync them to her iOS device with iTunes.

That's the hard way. I have over 400 contacts. There's no way I would
even *think* about moving any of them one at a time!
