You could be just a little more explicit.

Are you saying the link didn't work, preventing you from seeing the web
page?

Or are you saying the iTunes sync procedure shown on the web page didn't
work?

Notice that the web page mentions Windows address book and Outlook.
Which applications does she use to store her contacts, calendar events,
notes, and so on in Windows?
