  Because it's a BIG POS, instead of a 'small' one?

  Anyway, 8.1 also already had 1GB update cycles (Yes, multiple
'seperate' updates, but all released at the same time on black Tuesday.)

  BTW, you *do* know that with this "massive upgrade" (Version 1511),
you can no longer go back to 7/8.1!? (See SG1's post "W10 build 1511" of
November 23 in this group.)

  To add insult to injury:
  
  My laptop, which was rolled back from 10 to 8.1, offers the 1511
upgrade without this warning. It's offered as an Optional update, but
contrary to normal Optional updates, it is already ticked. I guess
that's Microsoft's special category of Mandatory Optional updates! :-(
