not really. another clever way to get ppl to move thru the checkout 
faster. the checkout person does not have to wait while you stuff around 
putting items into your trolley. you have to move quickly to keep 
clearing them off the counter.

but you pay more for your purchases, so it's built into the price. Aldi 
prices are rock bottom, so they make card users pay to cover the fees.
