Seems like a good > trend. Just a note to say that I tend to agree with all your points: Native res on flat panels Being able to scale the res to acommodate for heavy games is really useful. Greater than 60FPS needed for immersion I played UT2003 at over 10O FPS and it just feels so silky smooth at that rate. Not to mention it never dips below 60. Can I ask the spec of your machine? CPU, RAM? My nice CRT died 6 months ago and I'm using an old 4:3 CRT while I try and decide what to do next (hence my thread about choosing LCDs earlier in the week). I'm dreading launching hundreds of pounds on a new pair of LCDs and feeling shopper's remorse when they arrive and fail to tick all the boxes. -- -Toby Add the word afiduluminag to the subject to circumvent my email filters.
