Probably not, other than old new stock (or is it new old?) Although
Wikipedia seems to indicate takeup of LCD displays in the developing
countries has been slow, but if they are still making CRT monitors
somewhere, it's unlikely they are high-end.

I don't know for sure, but I understand IPS panels are close enough in
color reproduction. Not too fast on the update though.
