I run Crysis at 1680x1050 for 90% of the game, then have to drop it down to a much lower resolution when you get the hideously ugly and optimized alien things on the air craft carrier. It looks like Playstation 1 graphics, but must be made of 30 billion microscopic polygons. LOL The only thing I do is keep a little list of resolutions that are close to 16:10 because I hate when things look stretched or smooshed... Like if a game won't run right at 1680x1050, I'll drop it down to 1280x800 then work backwards from there.
