See you already have a solution with HandBrake, but just for options I will
show you the solution I use: Miro Video Converter (free):
<http://www.mirovideoconverter.com>
And here it is with your file... easy to use, though it has quirks. The
resulting file is under 1 MB, compare to the over 2 for the other solution
you got (though really that is unlikely to matter AND you can play with
options in HandBrake, NOT saying it is a bad solution):
<https://youtu.be/YrRkf1CLgh4>
Easy to use but it does add .mp4.mp4 to the end of the file for whatever
reason. If I have a bunch to do I just let it then use the macOS batch
rename tool to replace ".mp4.mp4" with just ".mp4".
