Your error is to connect the Drinker Paradox to the Russell Paradox, because you only looked at one set theoretic translation. But there are multiple set theoretic translations. Mostlikely the one that doesn't need the Russell Paradox is the correct one. Because the original second order logic version like here, doesn't need the Russell Paradox either.
