This simply means that your version of gawk was compiled without the
MPFR and GMP libraries, and so the part of the test suite that tests
that feature doesn't bother to run.

Install those libraries and their header files, rerun configure and make,
and that part of the test suite will run.

The use of MPFR is discussed in the manual.
