They don't even check the right box. 10 years after retiring I had to
obtain enhanced CRB clearance just to take some services. The form
came back.  It said: "Re: Michael David Harding - <my actual date of
birth>. Your application cannot be accepted until you provide your
full name and date of birth. Unless you provide this within 14 days
your application will fail and you will have to pay again to
re-apply."   I wrote back: "I confirm that the details you supplied
are indeed my full name and date of birth." 

Is this the ZFC news group? If not, well done, friends, we ZFCers are
gradually taking over yet another outpost of the internet.
