Since when has RISC OS used executables in the form of .exe ?
Wouldn't it be !RunImage and Absolute?

If it is a .exe
Try cheating, change the .suffix of the executable to something else,
stick in the Zip file, note in the email that the receiver needs to change
it back after extracting from the archive.
