With NetSurf that Twitter link just says that you need JavaScript and that you could try their mobile phone site, but no info on how to get to the bit that you might want. If some one could post to Twitter, then surely they could have made announcements to csa.announce too? It would never have occured to me to look at what I thought was a place where 'celebrities' gossip for serious info.
