Das weiss ich nicht.  Ich denke jedoch, dass es besser ist, den 
entsprechenden Eintrag in der Windows Registry zu machen, so dass die 
Windows-Systemuhr auch basierend auf UTC läuft, statt Linux diesen
Windows-Fehler einzuprügeln.
