	Why do you think that?
	Only the depressed children are really suicidal and that could be
prevented by allowing them access to medical care approved by the
AMA and other bodies of physicians.
	Oh right you don't trust science and ignore the word of the
bible where it it says that "some make themselves eunuchs for the
love of God." Also some made themselves "Unix" for the love of
digital computing.  But they charged a lot for a license so
Linus Torwalds who also loved digital computing made himself
another OS which was called "Linux" by another party.

	Otherwise sane folks would be running	"Freax" while
people like you stick to Windows.
