I don't need 48 hours to
take Strait of Hormuz, ...
I'll do it NOW!
I got what it takes
to take what you got.
What have you got hands for? To take!
I won't even count to three..
DONE!

In Germany, where I live, we have a civil law called 'BGB' (=
Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
It declares, that you cannot acquire ownership, if the possession
('Besitz' in German) is based upon anything illegal.
Therefore you cannot own a stolen object, nor sell it or give it to
somebody else for free legally, because the stolen object remains
stolen, whatever you do with it.
In the USA they have different laws, but I don't think, that armed
robbery is allowed there.

The US has adverse possession laws regarding
land, but aside from that the law is the same as
what you describe. Even good faith buyers lose in
court when the original owner can prove their
claim.

Well, possibly they have.
But Venezuela does not belong to US-jurisdiction and only international
laws are applicable, besides from the local laws.
Hence the USA cannot allow themself to capture land, which is not theirs.

In case of paintings (or any other movable objects) we have a problem:
only items are returned, which were illegaly removed from the owner.
But it is very difficult to prove, that the item was removed illegally
from the owner.
There are many legal methods thinkable, by which a transfer could been made:
the former owner could have thrown it away
the owner could have given it to somebody as a gift
the owner could have sold it
the owner could have given the item as security for a loan
the owner could have left it behind, after moving away
the owner could have used it to pay debts
...
If now someone wants his item back, he had to prove, that none of the
above were in fact the case.
Then we have a term in Germany called 'Verjährung'.
This means:
if someone has some object in his posession for more than thirty years
and never had the idea, that thing was stolen, but assumed to have it
legally, the real owner cannot have it back.
Therefor it is usually impossible to claim ownership after moire than 30
years in Germany, because it is very difficult to prove, that the person
having the item knew, that it was stolen.

You obvisouly never heard of The Monroe Doctrine
The Monroe Doctrine is a United States foreign policy position that
opposes any foreign interference in the Western Hemisphere.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monroe_Doctrine
That means anything in out western hemisphere belongs to us...next comes
Germany.
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&biw=&bih=&q=monroe+doctrine
Now called the "Donroe Doctrine"
Trump One World Governament means...we govern Germany if we want. We
just take it....and your women!
i'm gonna make babies with your german women...

The law is...there are no laws.

Perhaps there will be 10, 100, an infinite number of them? This is because nuclear weapons are different from nuclear power, and nuclear weapons were built with intent? The suicide pact goes something like as follows - you can kill the civilians, a lot of who are innocent women and children, in my country and I can kill the civilians, a lot of them are innocent women and children, in your country. Is this different from the Hague Conventions of 1899? But if it is, then why are not all of the court systems of the nuclear powers, conferring with the other court systems of the other nuclear powers and reviewing. IS MURDER WRONG? Is it because they are paid blood money called 'government salaries' which is fundamentally contrived to bias them? Or is there something to 'Atoms for Peace'? They can be used to move large amounts of land to construct roads or build dams, they can be used to lift heavy objects into space. If you keep exploding hydrogen bombs underground and even use the resultant geothermal energy, it may be a more feasible form of fusion power than all other methods in the present? Yes the 'United Nations' was formed at about the same time as the atomic bombings of 'Hiroshima' and 'Nagasaki'. Is this supposed to be Nikita Khrushchev at a past meeting of the UN, Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a current meeting of the UN, or someone at a future meeting of the UN? Who really knows? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDQEJ06QoRs

I would advise Trump..."I don't negotiate with terroists!" Trump will ask me ..."You don't think I should give Iran more time to reconsider?" I would say to him..."IRAN?? I was talking about Israel! They are the TERROISTS!!!!" https://promisedlandmuseum.org/albert-einstein-letter/ The Starmaker wrote: > > this is the longest 48 hours i ever seen... > > fuck'em > kill them all > drop the bomb > > Trump probably told Iran... > > "YOU HAD YOUR FUCKING CHANCE TO BUILD AN ATOMIC BOMB AND DROP IT ON > ISREAL, BUT YOU DIDN'T!" > > "YOU DON'T DESERVE THE BOMB!" > > The Starmaker wrote: > > > > Come on, let's be real here... > > > > these ongoing wars between > > 'whatever' are > > just a bunch of monkeys > > and gorillas fighting over > > who gets the banana tree. > > > > planet of the apes > > > > The Starmaker wrote: > > > > > > Let me put it this way...since.. > > > yous don't understand.. > > > (and probably never will) > > > > > > Trump has two hands. > > > > > > What he wants, he takes. > > > > > > Trump doesn't like the way > > > Iran is running stuff.. > > > > > > he takes it! > > > > > > It's his! > > > > > > It belongs to him. > > > > > > He OWNS it! > > > > > > Who owns Veneusula? > > > > > > Trump owns it! > > > > > > He took it. > > > > > > It belongs to him. > > > > > > Don't worry, hell find somebody to > > > 'manage' it for him.. > > > > > > maybe one of those guys from the show... > > > > > > The Apprentice! > > > > > > Trump does not run the world... > > > > > > TRUMP OWNS THE WORLD! > > > > > > dat thing you call planet earth... > > > > > > Trump owns it. > > > > > > He might as well take France... > > > > > > there is some faguet running it now... > > > > > > one of them dressed like a woman! > > > > > > GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE! > > > > > > Who ever owns the biggest military on earth > > > owns the earth. > > > > > > It's dat simple. > > > > > > One man owns the planet earth...and his > > > name is... > > > Donald Trump! > > > > > > OWNS THE EARTH! > > > > > > I guess next is Mars... > > > > > > The Starmaker wrote: > > > > > > > > I don't need 48 hours to > > > > take Strait of Hormuz, ... > > > > > > > > I'll do it NOW! > > > > > > > > I got what it takes > > > > to take what you got. > > > > > > > > What have you got hands for?
