I don't think so. Russia talking to Ukraine is the act of conversing 
with London and Washington. That's why China and India was involved in 
the whole affair.

They've begun to tell you things :) Via Russia! It is just the 
beginning. And it is for the first time of course.

Russia has partnered to be part of the future.
