obvisouly he doesn't want to make Eye Contact with anyone including the photographer....

It hurts.

Negative physical symptoms
associated with eye contact in autistic people include: 

    Dizziness 
    Headaches
    Increased heart rate
    Nausea
    Pain
    Tremors 


He'll probably stick his tongue out at you!
