I only posted so it would be known this was a problem that affected more 
than one person and more than one country as well.  It was an attempt to 
give additional info, not a request for help or bothering anyone.

So if a person isn't using a VPN and gets banned, that is OK? People, or 
systems, not using a VPN could lead to the same problem.
