Das Konzept ist alt.
Burmester hat das schon vor 30 Jahren so gemacht.

Die Umsetzung scheitert teilweise an den Genauigkeiten der Widerstände. 
Der Gleichlauf ist nur dann perfekt, wenn man exakt-gleich-große 
dB-Schritte über den gesamten Bereich hinbekommt.

Bei einer Veränderung der Gesamtlautstärke müssen alle Kanäle um 
denselben dB-Wert verändert werden.

Bei 64 Stufen und 0.5dB Auflösung kannst Du um maximal 32dB dämpfen. Das 
reicht nicht!
