Es gibt rein elektronische Audiomute-ICs, wie PGA2310, die ich
als Datenblatt seit 2016 habe.
Was mich daran stört, ist, daß man bei ihrer Verwendung in
Anhängigkeit gerät und diese Bausteine unterstützen muß.
Z.B. mit einem CLK-Signal.
Desweiteren vertragen sie weit überwiegend nur geringe
Signalpegel, jedenfalls deutlich weniger als 10Veff.

Dann gibt es Audio-Stufenschalter mit 24 Stufen, 1-fach bis 8-fach.
2-fach kostet ca. 200 €,
6-fach kostet ca. 475 €.
Hier stören der Preis und die nur 24 Stufen.

Deshalb beabsichtige ich nun eine Lösung mit Reed-Relais.
Ich simuliere zwei Poti-Hälften mit je 6 Relais.
Damit habe ich 64 Stufen.
Die Relais werden angesteuert von einem up/down-Counter 8 Bit.
Das Zählen wird auf 6 Bit begrenzt (ULN2003).
Der CLK kommt von elektromechanischen Drehgebern.
Ein Relais und ein Counter kosten je ca. 1 €.
Ein Drehgeber (200000 Rotations, 24 Stufen) kostet etwa 5 €.

Dieses Konzept hat gewaltige Vorteile:
Einen Zwang für eine mechanische Position gibt es nicht mehr.
Es können prinzipiell beliebig viele Relais über ihre Spulen
ortsunabhängig parallel geschaltet werden.
Also z.B.  6 x 2 x 6  für ein 6-fach-Poti.
Reedrelais-Kontakte, die Beyschlag MiniMelf schalten, sind an
Qualität nicht zu überbieten.
Der Gleichlauf ist 100%, die Linearität ist 100%.
Alles ist 100% reproduzierbar.
