Wenn die Steuergesetzgebung Ressourcenverschwendung propagiert, weil funktionsfähige oder einfach reparierbare Geräte eher zerstört als weiter/wiederverwendet werden, da Weiter/Wiederverwendendung steuerrechtlich zu kompliziert erscheint, dann liegt eine Fehlsteuerung vor, die korrigiert werden sollte - egal, wie gut das irgendwann mal gemeint war.
