Wenn du dich wunderst, warum dort flächendeckend auf den Häusern die
Betonpfosten für ein weiteres Stockwerk stehen:
Solange das Stockwerk nicht fertig ist, handelt es sich noch um eine
Baustelle und nicht um ein Haus, für das man Steuern bezahlen müsste.
Die Wahl der Mittel für die Altgeräte ist wohl "ausgeliehen ohne festen
Rückgabetermin für home office-Zwecke".
