It's always best to have good > backups. : ) I'd add Crashplan, if you have a computer with space and a decent connection. Setup Crashplan on their machines to backup to your machine just the important things (~/Pictures ~/Documents ~/Desktop, for example). This when, when they completely screw up, you have their most important things available to recover.
