Since I backup and restore all the time, it just goes away by itself...

I don't need the space.  I've got more than I'll ever need now, and I'm 
adding a SSD next week.

It'll mount in the 2nd optical bay - and because it has room for an 
additional 3.25 HD, as well as the 2.5 SSD, it means I'll be adding 
another 1 terabyte (that I had hanging around) to the 6 TB I already 
have internally.

It's more like having a belt AND suspenders...
