That can only happen if you are in the habit of forwarding email messages
with strange and untrusted attachments to people. If you fit this
description then yeah, maybe you might want to install a crappy Mac
anti-virus scanner that will compromise the stability and performance of
your computer - just on the off chance that you will forward a Windows
malware attachment to a Windows user who isn't already running their own
anti-virus scanner.

Better yet, simply make it your business to know what you send to people -
a much simpler effective solution with none of the headache and expense of
crappy anti-virus scanners. ; )
