I can say from extensive experience working for large technical
corporations that Outlook for Mac has never offered feature parity with
the Windows version, and often has lots of bugs that make it hard to
work with on a daily basis. It's no surprise that Outlook is a pain in
the ass, but it is generally *more* of a pain in the ass on Mac than it
is on Windows.
