To me, Mac's Outlook 2011 (in Mac OS X v10.10.5 [Yosemite] and haven't 
tried 2016 yet) is missing a lot of features like being able to edit 
others' e-mails, viewing others' shared calendars, etc. They all work in 
Windows' Outlook 2010.
