First off, I don't bullshit. I'm intelligent. I know the facts. You may *hate* facts about Apple - but they're still facts about Apple. Apple is the only common operating system vendor who *requires* 2FA (for all new AppleID's which were created after February of 2023). That's just a fact. a. I accidentally found out that fact when I bought a bunch of new iPads b. I set them up *without* and AppleID (which I did to test if it works) c. And then I added an AppleID (because it's brain dead without it). That's when I found out there is absolutely no way to NOT have 2FA. Yet you say this is "total bullshit"? Prove me wrong. Create a new Apple ID and tell me if it requires 2FA. Try it before you say every fact about Apple that you hate is bullshit. Almost always, when an Apple user brazenly denies facts about Apple, they are either ignorant of what Apple does, or they hate what Apple did. The fact is, after three hour-long support calls with Apple, Apple's rigid policy is you can't create an AppleID on the web or on any device (Apple or otherwise) and NOT have to set up 2FA (and you can't remove it). No other common consumer operating system but Apple's is that desperate to obtain your personal private information about your personal identity. However, I'm wide open if you happen to know more than I do about this. For example, try to create a new AppleID & tell me what you found out.
