I had no issues at all.  Removing X-code from this iMac took seconds, 
took a minute or 2 on my MBA at work.

Installing 10.11.4 and rebooting into that took about 8 minutes on the 
iMac and about 15 on the MBA at work.  Not sure for the other MBA here 
at home - did it via Screen Share and didn't really pay attention.  But 
certainly no more than 15 minutes or so.
