Hi. I don't know how many artists use this newsgroup, but thought I'd
post this anyway.

I own a vector illustration program called Lineform. I use it for
drawing because it has a feature called "artistic strokes." These are
strokes that look more natural because the strokes vary in width
somewhat within a single stroke. Also, by entering a terminal command,
which I only needed to enter once, Lineform recognizes pressure
sensitivity of Wacom tablets. The result is, with artistic strokes
selected and pressure sensitivity turned on, I can create drawings in
Lineform that look like they were made in a bitmap program and seem
very natural.

However, the company that made Lineform (Freeverse) no longer supports
Lineform and the Lineform forums are now gone from their website.

So, I'm just curious if there are any other vector illustration
programs with similar features to Lineform's artistic strokes. There
used to be a program called Expression but it won't work on my current
Intel Mac running Mountain Lion.

Thanks!

Sky
