I've used Quicktime X and Soundflower to capture AV of a webinar my wife 
paid for but was afraid would be taken down before she got a chance to watch 
it.  (Couldn't figure out how to grab the video file directly.)  IIRC, I had 
to use Soundflower to 'tee' the audio so that QT could capture it and it 
would was available on the speakers.  This under Snow Leopard.  Seems like 
it should work with Skype.
