I looked on ebay in my country for one of these, hoping to find
a hexcore CPU, but there were none. Tons of sellers with 990X at
silly prices. Also older stuff like Core 2, Pentium 4, even K6-3.
So did Intel make hardly any of this model?

The 980X might be available cheaper now that the 990X is out.
