Not with any Apple-blessed tools, no.

I am hopeful to be able to expand this project into a new script that 
can do what you want for those instances where a driver is plainly 
loaded in a SOS.DRIVER file, but we've not been able to identify a 
loadable source *.DRIVER file. It's going to take some research so I 
wouldn't expect this any time soon.

Otherwise, I am not aware of any third-party tools that do want you want.
