FTR: that's at least the former "IBM Object REXX for Windows NT and
Windows 95 Development Edition", v1.0.x.x only (IBM P/N box US
version: 10J9368, IBM P/N CD-ROM US version: 09L7431/09L7432). I
assume the INF viewer file(s) for Windows (IVIEW.EXE?) cannot be
obtained from any of these archives:

ftp://service.software.ibm.com/ps/products/ad/obj-xx/ord1030u.exe
ftp://service.software.ibm.com/ps/products/ad/obj-xx/ori1030u.exe
ftp://service.software.ibm.com/ps/products/ad/obj-xx/orj1030u.exe

AFAIK there's no use looking at another (Interpreter, v2.x.x.x)
version of IBM's, nor the so-called open source-version. This open
sourced-version is basicly aimed at rather selfish Windows users,
actually not really caring anymore about the largest (O)Rexx installed
base and largest user base, OS/2. Albeit they'll be using nice, cheap
words, like a.o. "had to drop the IDE", not thinking/caring about,
a.o., this INF viewer. A funny way to promote their RexxLA's
"furthering of Rexx". What about an author of a large INF file,
wanting to demote his Rexx-related product to Windows? E.g. the
RXTT36.INF file (Rexx Tips&Tricks file). Anyway, there certainly is an
OS/2 VIEW.EXE-like INF viewer for Windows, written (/ported) by IBM.
