I think the bulk of it was the source code to LVM.DLL, the "engine" that
interfaces between applications and the DMD.  

As far as I can tell, it includes at least some of the user interface 
code as well, but I think that portion was missing a few pieces.

I don't think it included the source to OS2LVM.DMD, but clearly what 
they DID include was enough to port LVM to Linux, so I assume the DMD
didn't contain most of the really crucial logic.

I still have it lying around; it's been useful to me in assembling the 
LVM developer's toolkit.

Several of the data structures, like the DLAT table and LVM signature
sector, are defined therein; I'll be including their descriptions in
the next version of my toolkit INF documentation (about 90% done now).
