The actual program

Well, it currently runs OK on my machine now.  However, testing on a
wide variety of systems would be desirable, for multiple reasons

Some people expressed interest in this project in the past, as well, so
consider this a preview.  <g>  This is something I've been promising to
try writing for years, now.  I finally decided I knew enough to give it
a try.

It's about 950 KB, since it includes all the source code and a prebuilt 
helpers.lib for people without the XWPHelpers sources who may want to
recompile it.

You can't actually change anything yet, but you can get a feel for where
the program is going... at the least, it should provide an accurate
representation of your current system layout.
