isn't that iTunes something similar to Clementine or Amarok for instance
(there are other collection tools like these but as I loathe this kind of
people leveller roller coaster masqueraded in friendly fluffy playmobil
"make a TV star fast" box I'm not specialist in which is less useless)?

There are zillion untold (as some lusers could be lurkers) stories like these
and please note that it is no cheating at all since it is the maket model
tought to the world by hi-finance and big mocks like MS.
Give the people the stuff they were told they wanted to want, give them the
pix and icons as they like (for the really stubborn cases simply use KDE or
even a windows caged in a virtual farm you'll manage, after all Cloud computing
is the next big bad mistake but some fools simply deserve it)
Meanwhile try to educate the undead as we'll need some if the world and the IT
world finally escape from the braindead whirlpool ;-)
