   Admittedly they had a less-educated perspective
   on "idiocy" back then ... the eugenics people
   spread lots of mis-perceptions that SEEMED to
   be "The Science" at the time.

   Everybody was still USED to breeding 'better'
   animals back then, it all SEEMED so logical.
   Naturally, the CURRENT "ruling class" was
   just SURE to be The Superior ......

   Ok, kiddies RAISED by the 2-digit crowd were
   more likely to be 2-digit just because of
   their limited exposure to anything else.

   This just reinforced "The Science" of the time.

   Now if those kiddies just had Linux PCs !  :-)
