Hungry slaves get rambunctious. Earl Butz shaped the USDA's policies using 
the 'get big or get out' philosophy to insure a supply of cheap food. Poor 
old Earl. In '76 he got fired for his tight pussy remark; today he would 
be tried by the Peoples' Tribunal, sentenced, and hung from a light pole.
