This's on an HP Pavilion AMD64 dv4. It runs hot. I'm wondering:
- I run it at lowest freq. to minimize heat. Is that correct?
- I wonder if I should run it at highest freq. so it blasts through
stuff, giving it no chance to produce heat.
Which is correct? Tests I've done with highest freq. were not
encouraging. Help?

CPUs which need to switch frequency at the same time: 0
hardware limits: 525 MHz - 2.10 GHz
available frequency steps: 2.10 GHz, 1.05 GHz, 525 MHz
available cpufreq governors: userspace, powersave, conservative, ondemand, performance
current policy: frequency should be within 525 MHz and 2.10 GHz.
The governor "ondemand" may decide which speed to use
within this range.
current CPU frequency is 525 MHz.
