PWM ... Pulse Width Modulated, I can handle .... but "class D"

Class A, 360 degree conduction.
Class B, 180 degree conduction, used in Push-Pull to get 360 degree 
conduction, highly distorted.
Class AB, about 200 degree conduction to limit "Cross-Over Distortion"

Class D?? Is that Digital Signal Processing or something??
