I did.  Besides, shows DVD+R DL right on the drawer.

My primary problem at this point is K9Copy not reading the disc or the
file.  I have the entire .iso copy to my HDD, but it gives me a:

"Can't open disc: /path/foo.iso" 

.....error, despite 777 permissions.  When I load the orig disc and
try to input it, I have two options (that I know of).  One is to
file > open...  It doesn't work and k9copy crashes every time.  The other is
to play around with the main window input device, opening the file
gives an "open ISO image" window.  It shows the drive (/dev/rs0)
but with weird permissions:

Clicking on the drive opens a progress bar showing 0% at the
left bottom corner of this window and the cursor turns into a
clockface (KDE), but nothing happens and it appears stalled.  The
drive LED also indicate no activity.  

Either way, I have been unable to find a screen that open to reveal
the dir tree of the disc, be it the DVD or the .iso file on my hdd.
Currently googling for solution.
