Nope.

You can, at the very least, get very close.  Of course, to do this you have
to "weight" the data in rather absurd ways.

But you admitted you weighted them differently - in a way that will *always*
lead to a higher R^2 value.

You already admitted you based your trend line on averages and standard
deviations based on the data.
